Are you taking your genius for granted?

Do you feel like you are sometimes taking your genius for granted?

Do you struggle to admit what you really want in life?

Do you wish you could just let your joy bubble up but don’t know where you left it?

I have so been there. Back in 2016 I didn’t know my head from my ass. I was about to finish my PhD and I felt like the stupidest woman that had ever set foot on this planet. I didn’t know how to complete my dissertation, I really didn’t want to go into academia, and my joy had been left in the corner of my closet with my 5” thigh high boots from Yves St. Laurent (yes, I still have them).

I was L.O.S.T.

And then I learned some things that got me out of my funk:

  1. Let go of unhealthy attachments - like a dangling participle they get you nowhere

  2. Limiting beliefs are not real - like a bad magic trick they are just illusions

  3. A breakdown is usually a breakthrough - if it feels good afterwards you probably leveled up

  4. Focus on the ultimate goal of freedom - if it feels like restriction, it isn’t freedom

  5. Your joy isn’t gone forever - let joy rise to the surface regularly, it won’t kill you to feel it

As soon as I admitted that I want to live an expansive, giggly, love filled life my entire world changed. I can see the world with clear eyes now. I can see the path ahead of me. New projects help me maintain a mindset of success and I now dream really, really big.

If you are ready to live your life with no regrets, I would LOVE to chat with you about working with me. Get on my schedule and let’s talk today!

I love you,
