If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session. Rescheduling is acceptable in cases of emergency or illness.
All programs are non-refundable, so be sure it’s what you want to pursue before you buy! The exception to this is if you want to switch to a different program and have your payment credited toward that program instead. This exchange would need to happen before we begin the program. I expect you to fully commit, as I’m fully committing to you and your success. Session refunds apply as long as you’ve cancelled 24 hours in advance of the session.
Every session is 100% confidential. I won’t ever share your personal information with anyone. Not even under threat of pain or bribes of cookie dough. If you sign up for my mailing list, or share anything with me via email, that’s confidential information too.
If you see something on my site that resonates with you – like a blog post – and you want to re-publish something I wrote, that’s great! I’m honored you’d like to share my work! However, please email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org to get permission before using my work. Thank you!
My classes and workshops are safe, positive, and encouraging spaces. Every student takes a vow of confidentiality – what’s said here stays here. We’re all here to learn from one another and grow, so snark, rudeness, and mean behavior will not be tolerated. Don’t be an asshole.
I’m a life coach and education specialist. I’m not a doctor, psychiatrist, therapist, or medical professional. I’m trained to provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement, but I can’t diagnose or treat illnesses, though I may suggest additional medical help. If you’re dealing with an emergency, or feeling suicidal, please call 911 or a suicide hotline.
