Several months ago my friend Cammie Bella was giving a sermon and she said something so profound I was almost knocked upside the head by God.
No...seriously...I almost fell out of my pew.
She said, “What fires has Jesus put in us that we haven’t recognized yet?”
I remember thinking, “Well that is a loaded damn question.”
Here are a few that I came up with:
A conviction for social justice
A heart that believes in the transformative power of love
The urge to empower, embolden, and ignite
What is the fire that is burning in you?
Where are you playing nice and how does that stop you from searching for what lights you up?
How can you cultivate greater compassion for yourself?
All the wisdom that you seek comes from within.
All the love that you seek comes from within.
All the joy that you seek comes from within.
God put it all right there for you to find it. All you need to do is unlock the door and walk into your becoming.
